At Anycubic Polska Sklep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance 3D printing equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our technical support team via email or the contact form to provide your order number and the reason for returning your electronics.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at a designated courier point or schedule a pickup as instructed by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
